No one sees the hurt we feel
No one hears the pain
No one knows how much we struggle
Just to make it from day to day

No one sees us cut ourselves
No one knows how much we bleed
No one hears our cries of sorrow
Or knows how much love we need

No one sees the scars we carry
From ones that hurt us so
No one knows how far we've gone
To not let the pain all show

All they see
Is one face
And a smile
From time to time

No one can see
Our Inner world
The darkness, The lost,
The dying
